New Research: Eating Carrots, Drinking Green Tea May Reverse Alzheimer’s Effects

March 15, 2019 By Aaron Charlton

I haven’t read the original study, but this finding is consistent with the idea that we should eat better to avoid or overcome degenerative diseases of the brain (and the rest of the body). I wholeheartedly agree. I don’t know whether there is anything particularly magical or special about green tea or carrots specifically, but generally adding more vitamins from healthy vegetables has to be a good thing.
